Give Us The WAR!

Firstly, let me say I am writing this from the standpoint of understanding that BioWare has already finished the development direction of SW:TOR. I am not naïve enough to think that one post on their forums will make much of a difference in the development of their game. I am also not advocating any kind of free-for-all, hardcore PvP system with this post.I write because this is a topic that is hot on players’ minds and needs to be voiced as we the playing community often feel like developers get caught up in their own worlds (no pun intended) and forget the community that cares so deeply for their games.

Let's Trust BioWare

I have been a member of the community here since 2008. As the game seemingly crawls to its release date, and more and more content is released to the public, the number of “You Have To Include This Feature!!” posts have ramped up on these forums. This has happened so much that the community managers have had to close countless threads because there are already others that exist expressing the same sentiments.
As a community of MMO players, we sometimes attach ourselves to a particular title, in this case SW:TOR, essentially pinning our “last hope” for the MMO genre on one particular game.

SW:TOR Game Testing Is Underway!

Game Testing for Star Wars™: The Old Republic™ is underway! Those selected to test will gain access to the game and be able to provide valuable feedback to help us tune particular areas of gameplay and begin the process of balancing and tweaking our content.

Game Testing is an on-going process being rolled out in several phases. These phases began with smaller, more focused tests with community members from North America, and later will expand to other territories. Users selected for the test program will be notified via email with more information on accessing the Game Testing Portal. If you’ve not been chosen yet, you may be selected in the next wave!

Back To WoW!

With the absence of quality MMO's on the market currently (and TOR being a year away) I have decided to jump back into the World of Warcraft arena scene.  I have been out of arena play for quite some time and the last time I even stepped foot in one was back in Season 3 when I played a Warlock to just under 2100 rating.

Well, here he is again making his presence known in Eye of the Storm topping the damage charts as usual.
